Permits are needed for numerous projects under the new Uniform Construction Code. Questions may be directed to Thomas V. Open Records Policy and Application The Orwigsburg Borough Council has adopted an open records policy. This policy lays out the time frame a document will be kept by the borough and when it will be destroyed. It also explains; if you should need to view one of the records we retain how you need to go about requesting that record and what you can expect when you do so.
